Beauty Out of Dust (BOD) is an organisation built on the premise to empower the people of Burundi facing dire circumstances.
Founded in 2019 by a group of Burundian young men and women, BOD was born out of the struggles the founders faced whilst in their refugee camps many years ago. They sought to create a more positive society--to make beauty out of dust.
The struggles the founders faced motivated them to create an organization to help the people of Burundi who are facing similar challenges.
Our first fundraiser and project of 2021! We are looking for more ways to become more self-sufficient as an organization and expand employment through our organization! Feel free to donate using our website or for assistance, comment, or DM us!

We work as a catalyst in bringing sustainable change by empowering underprivileged children, youth, and the women of Burundi, through relevant education, vital healthcare, and community development.
